Sign up for French Broad Classique, set for April 26-27

ASHEVILLE – The fifth annual French Broad Classique Canoe and Kayak race will be April 26-27 on the French Broad River, open to all canoeists, kayakers and SUP paddlers.

There will be an 18-mile race on April 26, from Blantyre to Westfeldt Park near the Asheville Airport. There will be two races on April 27, a 16-mile race from Westfeldt Park to the Asheville Outdoor Center, and an 8-mile fun race from Bent Creek to the Asheville Outdoor Center, off Amboy Road.
